Imp and Beck had had plenty of time to settle in to life at the new barn and it was time to get back to serious work. Beck did all of the dressage schooling herself, but she wanted to move into show jumping and neither her nor her horse had more than the most basic experience jumping. So Beck had talked to Riley and gotten lessons set up with someone named Zane. Weird name, but Riley assured her that he was more than competent. So when Tuesday afternoon came around, Beck saddled up her stallion and led him to the indoor arena. With the weather as hot as it was, the overhead fans would be awesome. She got there a few minutes early so that she could begin warming up the dark grey stallion.

Zane walked through the barn his loose fitting jeans dusted in a light sand from the arena earlier. He looked down at his watch. he had about two minutes before he was needed in the arena to school some girl riley had scheduled him with. He thought for a second what did riley say her name was? He ducked into the office quickly and thumbed through the papers. Ahh... Beck and she wanted show jumping lessons. Right up his alley. He walked back out of the office and headed toward the arena. He wasn't sure what to expect but he was prepared and had faith riley wouldn't put him out of his comfort zone. He walked up to the rail and leaned against it watching the rider in the arena for a few minutes. He stepped back and walked through the gate and toward the middle of the arena. "Beck i presume?" He addressed the girl on the grey horse with a mild curiosity his words smooth and silky. His black hair messy like always.

Beck noticed as soon as she had company, but didn't halt Imp until the guy actually came into the arena. She was a little surprised to find herself looking at a guy who couldn't be any older than she was and looked like he'd be more comfortable behind a drum set than on a horse. But she'd learn a long time back not to judge a book by its cover. "That's me. Which would make you Zane?" The stallion snorted and shifted his weight impatiently. He was well behaved for a stallion, but once he got to work, he wanted to work, not stand around.

he nodded a small grin crossing his face. "It would make me Zane." He looked over the stallion. He was pretty and well built but had the aura of a well schooled dressage horse. "Alright then so we can get started i just need to know your previous jumping expirence so i know where to start." He grinned a little more. "And i guess i need to know your comfort levels and where you want to go and all the lovely stuff." His english accent traced his words as he spoke. He'd spent most of his childhood there before heading to the states and devolping his life here. He ran a hand through his shaggy black hair. He was on odd one hard to figure out and sometimes hard to read. He definantly didn't fit the bill when it came to horse men but he was very well trained and well knowledge in the jumping arena. He'd grown up around horses and began competing at a very young age over in england. He kicked at the dust absently.
