'importing' a horse

So you know how we can only have one horse? Well there is just one issue, what if all the horses are not in our taste range-like a draft thoroughbred is a horse I find distasteful for dressage only because they typically can't handle upper level work and have heart issues(my friend has one)- so what if we could 'import' a horse we'd have to pay for this obviously and it would pretty much just be like getting another 'first horse' like we can set up the looks or and personality and ect.? This helps everyone I think...? If not, correct me, I don't mind ^^
